Nubi
A string orchestra composition explicitly inspired by the visual and atmospheric qualities of clouds. It draws from the ever-changing shapes and light-filtering properties of clouds, a recurring theme in de Bari's repertoire. His cloud-inspired compositions have been featured by the Cloud Appreciation Society, highlighting his ability to translate meteorological phenomena into musical texture
Four Minimal Dances
While originally performed as solo pieces by de Bari, the work has also been adapted for ensembles, notably performed by the L. Refice Frosinone Conservatoire guitar ensemble.
The pieces are characterised by methodical rhythmicity and repetitive, hypnotic harmonies that explore the "biological internal time" of the human body and nature.
Compositional Features: They utilize extended techniques and unique timbres, often performed on a decacorde (10-string guitar) to achieve a broader sonic range.
Sing Song
“Sing Song” is a charming collection of 15 short songs for children’s choir, inspired by the playful and lyrical world of Christina Rossetti’s Sing Song.
